New accounts get 15 days with every feature unlocked. No credit card is required to start, and nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial — your dashboard simply locks until you subscribe.

After the trial, Lifeharbor is available as a monthly subscription ($4/month) or an annual subscription ($40/year). Payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card or bank details ourselves.

Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. We'll always charge the price shown at the time you subscribe for that billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or directly from your own PayPal account. There is no retention call, no hidden step, and cancelling takes effect immediately in the sense that you won't be charged again — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

We don't offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods. If something went wrong on our end — a billing error, a bug that affected your access — contact us and we'll make it right.

Your account is for you (or, inside a Space, the people you invite). Please don't use it to store data you don't have the right to store, or to attempt to access another account.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before they take effect.
